When will my order ship?

If the product you ordered is in stock, please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order and then an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped out.

If the product you ordered is made to order, please refer to the product's description for approximate lead times. For custom orders or any more questions please email our support email.

How long does shipping take?

For domestic orders please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for shipping.

For international orders please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for shipping.

All shipping times are approximate and rely heavily on the shipping carrier that your order is with.

How can I track my order?

To track your order please refer to the Shop app and search for your order in the my orders tab. If your order has not updated in the Shop app please allow another 24 - 48 hours for it to update in our system once processed.

If you have still not received a tracking email and your Shop App has not updated, please send us an email at noctisauto@gmail.com so we can locate your order and give you an approximate ETA.

 

My order was damaged how do I get a replacement?

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged and you selected Route Package Protection you may be eligible for either a full refund or a replacement for your part/order.
